I stopped by Assenti’s fresh pasta store this morning. I picked up some fresh Roma tomatoes from Mona Lisa across the street, to make a pomodoro+basilico sauce (yes, there’s olive oil). I ate 150 g of the whole grain penne, and puréed 6 tomatoes in the sauce.

First Burrito of the Day
Picked up a veggie burrito from Rubio’s after spin. It’s supposed to be 770 calories. I think there’s some cheese in it. I’ll ask them to leave it out next time.
Late Night Ramen
I buy baby Bok Choy just for all the Top Ramen I eat. I add it in to the saucepan during the last minute of cooking the noodles. I don’t drink a lot of the soup broth, which probably contains all the nutrients.

Workout @ SD Spin
While the starch-based, whole food diet is the basis of my weightloss, spin 4 times a week helps me with the rest. I started spin 3.5 months ago @ 103 kg. It was tough the first few weeks, but now I love it. I work up a nice sweat and probably 175 bpm. The people and music are great, and know I’m burning lots of calories. So far, I’ve lost 10 kg since joining the studio. It’s all part of my steady 100g/day weightloss.
